Refund and Withdrawal Policy

This policy explains how subscription cancellation, refunds, and statutory withdrawal rights work for bleam. It does not limit any mandatory rights you have under German or EU consumer law.

1. Free trial

New accounts currently receive a 14-day free trial and no payment card is required to start. If you do not subscribe after the trial, no payment is charged.

2. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal from the bleam dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless Stripe or the checkout page says otherwise, your paid access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for.

3. Refunds

We provide refunds where required by law. Outside mandatory legal rights, refunds are handled case by case. If something went wrong with billing or the Service, email us and include the email address on your bleam account and the approximate charge date.

4. Consumer right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period generally starts when the contract is concluded.

For digital content or digital services supplied before the withdrawal period ends, special rules may apply. If you request immediate access and the legal requirements for early performance are met, your withdrawal right may expire or you may owe a proportionate amount for services already provided. This section is intended to preserve, not replace, the statutory rules.
